Hestia brings seasonal, personal dinners to your vacation rental, fully hosted or ready for your table. ## Stay in after the slopes. After a day on the mountain or the trails, getting a group dressed, booked and seated in town can be the hardest part of the trip. A private chef brings dinner to the rental instead. Everyone stays together, the youngest guests can come to the table as they are, and nobody has to drive. Each dining experience is built specifically for you and your vision, so that even a rental for the week truly feels like home. ## Your rental, your table. Every rental property is different. When you inquire, share the address or neighborhood and anything you know about the kitchen and dining space, and Grace will plan the evening around it. - **A fully hosted evening.** From first course to last plate cleared. The meal is cooked, served and cleared, so you can stay at the table with your guests. - **A meal, ready for your table.** A beautifully prepared meal delivered ready for your table, for nights when you would rather keep things simple. The same care goes into every dish. ## Winter tables, summer evenings. Winter brings ski weeks and the holidays, when Aspen’s most popular nights are booked early. Summer brings long light, outdoor tables and the season’s best produce, from heirloom tomatoes to fresh herbs. Whenever you visit, the menu follows the season. Celebrating during your stay? Tell Grace your dates and how many dinners you have in mind. Availability is discussed when you [inquire](https://www.hestiaaspen.com/inquire?service=dining). ## When should we book a chef for a ski trip? As soon as your dates are set, particularly around Christmas, New Year’s and spring break. ## Can you cook for children and dietary needs?
