Grace Mumm is the Founder & Culinary Director at Hestia.

Grace began her culinary journey on the pastry team at Gjusta Bakery in Venice, CA. From there, she worked in New York City for Ignacio Mattos (Estela) at Flora Bar, under the leadership of pastry chef Natasha Pickowicz.

In Nashville, Grace established her savory cooking background at Henrietta Red and Lou, while working for NFL and country music clients as a private chef.

Now, she calls the Roaring Fork Valley home, and has continued in both the private cheffing and catering industries to serve local clientele.
